After the loop is formed , keep the loop open with your finger tips of your left hand ( assuming RH tier). Place an elongated " Semi-noodle"of dubbing in the loop. Try and align the dubbing with the long axis of the loop.

If you do not have a dubbing loop tool one can be made from a paper clip. They are basically a wire formed in the shape of a shepherds "hook".You will find if you make your own that one of about eight inches long is better. One can wrap the dubbing without smacking the bobbing every turn
