The bind-down point of the wing. Tye down firmly here and cover the cut (tag) ends with the working thread. Work the thread down the hook to a point over the last of the tail wraps. Cover all of the hair, this forms the color of the body. Once the hair is tye in, you may dub a color, or substitute floss instead of using the thread color.
