Pinch the biot in the opposed position in your right thumb and fore finger. By opposed, I mean the tips flare away from each other. From below the hook, slip the biots up to the hook. The hook shank should divide the biots.Measure the length, approximately the hook shank, and pinch flat, parallel to the shank. With your left hand pinch in place . This will reveal the tye in point and hold the biots in place. Note the bobbin, it marks the tye in point. |
