One of the more difficult steps for most. There is no way to convey just how many fibers constitute the construction of two posts that appear to be identical in size. You can't count the fibers ;-) It's a tactile thing with your fingers and the repetition of this step, that will get you to a point where you can divide the hair into two posts that are similar in size.
