This is the herl for the upper "Tag". This one is tied in almost the opposite manner as the back one. Long herl down as before, but this time, secure the peacock with the concave surface toward the hook. The tips will cone toward the back, allowing you to make the wraps closer and therefore the end product will look fuller... a good thing.
