This is the tye down point. It's hard to see, but this is the 60% point of the hook or the area at the start of the thorax. If you look just under the hair butts you can see the hook eye. That will give you some frame of reference.
This is the place you want to really want to torque down the hair. All wraps to the left of this point will be of decreasing pressure. A drop of glue here helps as well.
